Lots to be thankful for and lots to look forward too!
Happy New year 2019 from the beach! I took a little time off posting to enjoy the holidays. Just a quick recap. We had lots of fun, this Christmas was full of games, treasure hunting with our new metal detectors, sea turtle adoption ( more on that later) and traveling to the beach to visit family!
Now to put away all the Christmas decorations. My least favorite part. This year was filled with fun, travel and family visits. My son received a bunch of board games so I think it is time to do a family game night weekly in 2019 and less video and Ipad time.
We have a few things this year to look forward to like a Disney Cruise and lake vacation in Canada. Hopefully we can through in a few other stops along the way and of course the beach.
We decided as a family New Years Resolution is to clean out the basement. It has seem to be a black hole since we moved into our house 4 years ago. Its time to stop thinking about it and start doing it! As for myself, like everyone else a healthier me. I start Zumba up again next week and trying to give up soda. Its a start. I have the Disney Castaway Cay 5K on the horizon and I don’t want to die doing it!
