Its starting to look like Christmas around the Schmidt house. I admit, I feel strange decorating before Thanksgiving but I decided this year I want to be able to relax through the holidays and enjoy it with my family.
My priority right now is Thankgiving dinner! The shopping is done, turkey is bought. Now to prep and cook. So , who plans to use their Instant Pot for Thanksgiving this year? Well, Lets see how many things we can make. It will make dinner preparation so much easier, trust me! So far on our menu I have the following planned for my Instant Pots.
Of course Mac N Cheese ( recipe here) is on the list as well as Make ahead Mashed Potatoes, Crack green beans, Fresh Cranberry sauce. There may be a few more things but that is what I have for now.
Yes, turkey can also be made but my 20lb turkey won’t fit! I have made a fresh turkey breast in my pot before and it was amazing!
