I couldn’t leave shrimp out of the list for summer! Cooked the same as my crab legs but with beer instead of water. The beer just adds an amazing flavor. Keep the shells on to protect the shrimp from the heat and not over cook the shrimp. How amazing does this look? Tip: Keeping the shells on helps to not overcook the shrimp and protect from high heat. Once done refrigerate to get cold. Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh or frozen shrimp
- 1 1/2-Cups of beer (lager preferred)
- Favorite seafood seasoning like Old Bay (Optional)
- Cocktail Sauce
Instructions
- Place shrimp in Instant pot on rack or in a steamer basket for Instant pot
- Add beer and seasoning and pour over shrimp
- Manual Pressure 2 MINUTES if frozen OR 1 MINUTE if thawed
- Quick Release
- Refrigerate until chilled
