Perfect Cinnamon Rolls

Those of you who know me know I am more of a cook than a baker so when I find a baking recipe that works I stick with it. A friend of mine asking for a recipe just reminded me I have this tucked away in my recipe collection. I found this recipe a while ago and decided to give it a try. Well, let just say these came out amazing and is my go to cinnamon roll recipe. I found it on http://whatscookingamerica.net/ . I have made these for holiday and lazy Sunday morning breakfast. What is great is you can make them ahead of time and freeze. This is one thing my husband loves, he will never turn down a cinnamon roll. I follow this recipe to use with a stand mixer but there are options for bread machine and food processor method too. I also don’t use the wheat gluten just because I didn’t have it in my pantry. Here are my results, beautiful Cinnamon rolls!
