This fall favorite is easy and can be prepared in under 30 minutes in one pot!
Heat skillet on med/high heat. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to skillet.
Season pork chops with salt, pepper and cinnamon on both sides.
Add pork to skillet and brown on both sides. About 4 minutes each side or until temp reaches 145 degrees. The pork will cook more when added back in to skillet with other ingredients.
Remove pork and set aside.
Add butter and remaining olive oil to skillet. Lower heat to medium. Add in apples, onions and herbs. Saute for 3 minutes.
In the meantime mix wet ingredients, chicken broth, apple juice and dijon mustard together and whisk. Add to apple mixture in skillet.
Cook for 5 minutes and let the apples and onion cook in the liquid.
Add the pork back to skillet and spoon sauce and apples on top. Cook on med/low heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve and scoop apples, onion and sauce over top of pork chop.
This meal can be made in an electric skillet or stovetop.
