Bone broth is full of nutritional value and natural collagen and it couldn't be easier to make in the Instant Pot. Never throw away your chicken or beef bones again. Sip in a mug, add to soup or other recipes.
1. Rough chop carrots,celery and onion.
2. Place bones in Instant pot. Should fill at least half the pot.
3. Add in the vegetables, herbs, salt, pepper and vinegar
4. Fill the Instant pot with water to the MAX line.
5. Place your lid on in the seal position and set it on Manual setting for 120 minutes.
6. Let it natural release completely. About 15-30 minutes.
7. Strain your broth into a large bowl using a strainer or cheese cloth. Discard the bones and veggies.
Enjoy right away or Let cool and store in containers. You can also freeze in ice cup trays for meals requiring broth.
