Best snack ever! Healthy and you can't eat just one. You will be making these on the fly when you need something crunchy and healthy.
Drain and rinse Chickpeas
Spread on paper towel lined sheet pan and blot with paper towel to remove as much moisture as you can.( I recommend letting them air dry for about 1 hr for best results but this step is optional- they will still come out great)
Add to bowl Chickpeas, olive oil, salt and garlic powder and toss.
Dump into air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 20 minutes tossing every so often.
Cool on cookie sheet and store in airtight container
If you would like to add additional herbs such as rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil cook Chickpeas for only 15 minutes, toss in herbs and cook additional 5 minutes. You don't want to add them in the beginning or they will burn and trust me it doesn't taste good.
