The Kitchen:
Welcome to my Kitchen! I grew up in an Italian family and of course an Italian kitchen where Sunday Dinners were three courses. You had the pasta, the main dish and salad. The staples were chicken cutlets an all time favorite. You wouldn’t find jar gravy, yes, its gravy not sauce in my family, anywhere. Still today you will not find me eating gravy out of a jar unless its an emergency.
Fast forward to today. I am married to my husband who is German, a picky eater and basically a meat and potato guy. So it is constantly a challenge to find and in between for us. Can you believe he never heard of chicken cutlet and doesn’t like cheese! One thing we do have in common is we love seafood!
